Return policy

Introduction

At Microdose NL B.V., we strive to provide the highest quality products and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to return it according to the information below. Please note that due to the nature of our products, some categories (such as fresh growkits and magic truffles) cannot be returned.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason, unless the product falls under a legal exception.
To exercise this right, please contact us by email at info@microdose.nl, including your order number and the items you wish to return.

Exceptions

Under Dutch consumer law (Article 6:230p of the Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Fresh products (growkits and magic truffles)

Our growkits and magic truffles are classified as perishable goods. These items may spoil quickly or become unsuitable for resale once shipped.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns of growkits or magic truffles.

This policy follows Dutch consumer law and the guidance provided by ICTRecht regarding perishable goods and the exclusion from the right of withdrawal (source: ICTRecht – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for perishable goods).

Return Procedure

If your order qualifies for return:

Notify us within 14 days at info@microdose.nl.
Repack the product in its original packaging.
Send it back within 14 days after your notification.
Include a copy of your invoice or order number.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless we have made an error or the product is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the same payment method used for your purchase.

Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty. This means the product must function as reasonably expected. If an item is defective or does not perform as described, please contact us at info@microdose.nl.
