A standard microdose of fresh truffles ranges between 0.5 and 2 grams. Beginners should start with 0.5 grams in the morning on an empty stomach. You can chew the truffles, mix them into yogurt or peanut butter, or brew them into tea.

Take time to find your optimal dose (your ‘sweet spot’). You should remain fully functional during daily tasks and interactions, without visual distortions, dizziness, or mental fog.
